Using the latest Electro-magnetic software we can simulate and analyse motors with great accuracy, reducing hardware development cost.
We can design motors based on performance specification; torque, speed, size, supply voltage or model an existing design.
Finite element analysis allows us to evaluate the steady state and transient effects; providing a broad range of data including efficiency maps, torque-power-speed curves. Electro-magnetic waveforms including EMF, torque ripple and flux linkage are also simulated and easily modified to refine the design.
Winding and assembly feasibility study
We can design the winding and connection pattern, providing winding and insertion feasibility studies. Once the stator and rotor combination is developed and tested we can evaluate the housing assembly.
Testing
We offer test and validation in, torque ripple, torque vs current, speed response, field weakening, inductance, surge, vibration, noise, position control and long run thermal testing.
